One address. One launch email.
The launch list has one purpose: notify you once when Situation opens. It is not a newsletter subscription, and it does not authorize ongoing product updates.
What we keep
We store your email address, signup time, the consent wording version, and the page that collected the signup. A strictly necessary anonymous cookie helps limit automated abuse; it is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.
Where it goes
Resend processes and stores the launch list for Situation. We do not sell the list or share it for another company’s marketing. The active list is exportable so Situation is not dependent on one provider for recovery.
How long we keep it
We keep active addresses until the one-time launch notification is complete, then remove the active launch list. Resend may retain a minimal suppression record where needed to honor an unsubscribe.
Leave the list
Enter the same address you used to sign up. The response never reveals whether an address was present.
